battery replacement 88 Katana 600

So i have searched locally for a battery.. Turns out the oem battery has been discontinued and doesn't seem to cross reference to any new style. I have been to 4 places today and all have said the same thing. I was told it's a 10L size battery and a 10S might fit... Anyone run into this problem?

Shorai make a replacement for the '88 600.. P/N LFX14L2-BS12 it's a bit pricey at 160.00 but if your interested PM me, I'm a Shorai dealer and can work with you.
