On the 4.5" rim a 160/60 is permissible. In fact the bandit comes with a 160/60 from the factory but the kat does not AND they use the same wheels.

Ultimately check with the tire maker for recommendations.

Talked to local dealer, they said there would be no problem. Ordering tires, turn signals, clutch lever, and mirrors today. And then once the tires are mounted, get the bike registered and insurance, and then Im good to go!
