Hi I am Brad and am what I belive is the 3rd owner of a 2001 Katana 750, has a vance and hines slip on exhaust on it.
When I got it the last time it had a set of plates on it was 2011. Had 11,000 on the bike, put a new battery, front tire replace, new pads all around, cleaned out the carbs,fresh tank of gas, oil change, and plugs. all I have left to do is put a rear tire on.
I have it running now and runs like a champ. I am not a fan of carbs for a bike. I am honestly only going to be riding it around for this summer then trade it in.
