The Torque specs for the new gen are 10 ft-lbs for the allen bolts. Be careful with them, they screw into aluminum. That torque spec is from Haynes, I don't have a post Suzuki Factory manual, and I don't know the specs for the older Kats.

Thx Suerte, It worked but had to install 2 M7 helicoils.

now that the oil leakage is over, I made a start with fitting an Superbike steer and risers.



While fitting the risers, I saw and feld a little slack caused by the rubbers and steel insert. I shortened the steel insert for about 5mm and the slack is gone.
