    1989 Suzuki Katana 750
    Purchased in January 2008...

    Mods:
    - Race Tech 0.850kg/mm springs (FRSP S3534085)
    - Custom spacer blocks for added preload
    - Zero Gravity windscreen
    - Shovel chop
    - Dennis Kirk clear signal light lenses
    - Custom decals
    - Custom stainless braided brake lines
    - Custom paint job (GM Torch Red/Silver Effect) done by me.
    - Polished lips on the rims
    - Portuguese clock mod (wrist watch stuck to the upper triple plate)

    Planned mods:
    - Gear indicator mod (Winter 2009)
    - Post Katana handlebar switches (Winter 2009)

    Recent maintenance:
    - Fork seal and oil change
    - Front brake caliper rebuild, lines and pads
    - Ignition wires, caps, seals, etc renewed
    - Valve adjustment
    - CP Petcock rebuild
    - CP Cam chain tensioner/spring
    - New EK chain

      looks pretty sweet... i dont like the silver lower on my post... but on the pre you can make it flow very well.

                      I just spent about 30 minutes studying your step-by-step. I'm in awe of it. The bike looks stellar. Superior work! Thanks for going to the extra trouble to document it on film.

                        It's always fun two or three years later to look at all of the pics and review what I did. Plus I can show a potential buyer my work if I ever sell it (not likely)
