The problem with thermos flasks is that any sudden jolt can leave you with a leaking plastic tub full of silvered glass shattered into tiny pieces

I think some of the posher ones are just solid aluminium inside and would work better, but I've not used one for years since a sudden jolt

My thermos is stainless steel? It is two layers the is vacuum sealed in between.
