I do need to pass the inspection from Michigan because my bike is wrecked. SO i need them to pass it so it can be a legit title. I cant plate til I pass inspection right? Also if this is true where would I take it?Comment

Not sure how it is in MI, but in PA they need to see valid registration and of course your plate before they will inspect it.
You people who don't have to deal w/ state inspections dont know how good u have it
