Just put a "down payment" on my first bike.. 89 kat 600. Friend of mine had it and decided he wanted to get rid of it. Traded him my lip kit from my car and 300 bucks for it.

It is black, but needs to be repainted I guess. It has a 94 600 engine in it, with 14k or so miles. I still have to go and pick it up and all but I already gave him part of the lip kit so its all mine. I'll have pictures to post as soon as I get it. Still trying to decide on a new paint scheme.

For paint I am thinking black for the tank and everything above that line that follows the tank/bottom of the seat. Then everything below this color:



Then have one line come up the side following the bottom of the side vents and seat line(just below it) that tapers thinner the length of the bike. That would be black, same as the top/tank.
