on my 94 katana i have the teal suzuki sticker on the tank, but it seems to be clear coated over. is there any easy way to remove the sticker with our ruining the paint job?

tough to say if its cleared over. once you break the coat to remove a sticker then you open yourself up for further delamination of the clear coat after you get the stickers off.to quoate yoda" difficult to see ,,,future"im an american proud and free , a son of the south dont tread on me.

o didnt quite read that right yea if its cleared over(as in the clear coat that covers the paint is over the sticker as well) forget it you'll need to repaint otherwise it will look like crap after you get it offnever argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to there level and beat you with experience.

No one is reading the first post. That's okay.
If you wanted to remove that sticker, you'd need to use something to cut it out of the clearcoat like a razor blade it won't be fast and it won't be easy.
You'll probably want to sand the tank down and re-coat with clear after though because otherwise the finish has been comprised and a fuel spill may cause the paint to come off.-Steve
