As most of you know, I started racing in June, at Roebling Road Raceway. I had a few goals for doing this, and always considered it a bucket list thing to do. I wanted to"
1- Get licensed
2- Do some races and see how competitive I could be.
3- Hopefully accumulate enough points to get "Expert" status. That takes finishing top 5 in points in any class.
I did my rider school. Won the mock race, and then finished 2nd in my first race. I went on to do a total of 5 race weekends at Roebling Road, Virginia International Raceway, Carolina Motorsports Park, and Road Atlanta. I concentrated on the Senior Heavyweight and B Superbike classes since those were the classes I were competitive in and I was trying to do everything on a shoe string budget. I was using take off tires. Not running a bunch of races. No matter what, it's still on the pricey side. I MUST thank a few people for helping me out a little.. Rick at Cogent Dynamics for the suspension work. Dale at Holeshot, for the pipe. Matt at Hazardous Racing for the leathers and gloves.

As you can see, I missed out on a championship by 1 point. That stings a little, but I only ran have the weekends, so it's still an impressive result to come so close. I learned a ton, and am humble enough to know that I will never be as fast as many out there, but I am comfortable with that.
With that, here ya go...... Take a good look. It will not have yellow number plates on it next year!
