Can anyone tell me what key blank I need for a 2002 kat?

The Kats should take:
Ilco #: X179
Dominion #: SUZ12
Taylor #: X179
Curtis #: SU14
Silca #: SZ10R
Take your key along and they should be able to match it with no problem... The cut codes are also available (i.e. - can be computer cut remotely with the right code).
Your local Suzuki dealer should also carry generic replacements, as well as being able to order OEM key blanks (with the black plastic Suzuki head) as a Suzuki part number 37146-33E00.
