Anyone mount and balance thier own tires?

I do my own, Recently switch to Dyna bead for balancing, Absolutely love how smooth the bike is now. Anyhow does anyone else do thier own tire work?

I changed the tires on my KZ550. The first one was a real bear, but its not difficult enough to make me pay twice as much for a stealership to do the job for me.

I did mine by myself for the first time this spring. Not as bad as I thought it would be, once I got over a few hurdles lol.

I change mine, too. Makes replacing tires that much cheaper. I have the cost of a new set of Powers mounted down to $240 with my current source.

Takes me about two hours from first wrench to last.

I have done them myself. Now have a great connection with my buddy so those days are gone now.

Weren't you somewhat involved when we did your rear tire at the rally?

Yup I do my own my tires, for a couple years now. Just bought a Cycle Hill changer to make things easier and quicker.

Actually i change tires 2-3 times a week

My shop has a Nomar tire changer.
I use a static balancer, and rear bike stand
