  • someone keeps hitting my kat

hey, i live in an apt complex with no visitor parking, so I am forced to leave in on a side street. since its been there, its been hit at least 8 times. it seems like sometimes people just push it over for fun. So far ive invested in new turn signals, a kickstand adjustment, replacement foot pegs, both handlebars, and a crapload of paint. its never been hit anywhere else. I even bought an alarm for it, but the alarm makes no sound anymore like its full of water or something, so thats useless.
The right fairing is completely f*cked, completely non repairable.
where can I get frame sliders for a 91 600? i cannot park it anywhere else, and i'm at the point that I want to outfit the bike with c4 so the next guy to hit my bike blows up with it. I'm dead serious. does anyone have any ideas? the cops dont seem to care

Funny, but I had the same solution, only I don't know much about explosives.

If you live in the first floor just park the bike in your living room.

Get something like this and chain/lock it to the bike.

Motorcycle chocks and trailers by Baxley. The highest possible quality, design, and function. All chocks are handcrafted in the USA.

Pull it out of the apt when you park for the day. Put it up just before you leave.

If it's just kids that are pushing it over, that will sovle your problem. Park the bike with it, put it in your apartment when your going to take the bike out.

If it's an adult out with a vendetta or something similiar, you pretty much are screwed unless you set up some kind of trap to catch who ever is doing it. Motion sensor cam for example...

Not a complete solution but you can get perimeter/ motion sensors for alarms. It would chirp if somebody got too close. They also have ones with 'pagers' ( basicaly key fob that beeps at you) also new alarm horn facing down. May help.
