Hello. im new to the forums and bikes in general. just got an 88 katana 600 thats having carb issues. i started to take it apart to clean/rebuild it but am having trouble locating parts. anyone know of a good place to source parts? or am i better off swapping to the 90-97 carbs? i found a couple sets on ebay. if i do swap what all would i need other than the carbs to make them fit? ive done a lot of looking online and dont know which model carb i have on my bike as the sites i have found have 2-3 different carbs for the 88 (model j, model k ect) anyways any help would be appreciated.
