GSXR 750 motor in a Katana 600?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I didnt see one for motors.

Is it at all possible for the motor of a 2000 GSXR 750 to fit into the 98 Katana 600?

anything's possible, though i'd imagine that'd be pretty hard. there are a few engines that will bolt up to the katana's frame. search and you will find the way.

Bottom line answer.... YES & NO.

NO - That year model GSXR motor is water cooled and would take serious modifications to fit into the Katana frame.

YES - If you're willing and able to do those modifications..... anything is possible.
