Where does one go to get OEM Decals?

I tried www.tapeworks.com but they have older models and customs.

Is the best place just like www.bikebandits.com or a local bike shop?

I have a yellow '01 600 kat. So if anyone happens to have a fairing decal for the left side please PM me.

www.ronayers.com useually has a better price than bikebandit.

Tapeworks has what you're looking for. I think their selection is even better than what you can get from a dealer. The 98+ is pretty much the same in terms of the Katana name and displacement numbers for 98-06. The only thing missing are the stripes you can get OEM.
