    Stumbled on to this forum when browsing for parts for my '82 1100SZ .



    It seems that I have this "bad" habit of buying bikes in boxes

          Welcome to the forum. I've rebuilt a few bikes that were in boxes, not an easy task and always more costly to finish than I first estimated. Good luck with your project.
