I did a search for these and could not find anything. I saw this link on a sport touring site. They have systems to fit Kats and they are based in the land of OZ

I have a BBag SpeedPack system that I use as travel luggage when I'm riding other people's bikes (like if I fly to Europe). I highly recommend it if you travel solo:

Chase-Harper carries them (or did) and the manufacturer's site is b-bags.de. They also make a smaller version called a race-pack that has the same form factor.

On the Kat, I use Givi hardsided bag system here in the USA. Someone else here managed to figure out how to fit JC Whitney's cheap-chinese hardbags (look very similar to Givi's, but ring in around $60 each) on their Kat.
