    Idea For Paint Scheme, Opinions wanted

    So first a little history behind the scheme. After low-siding in Feb of 08, I have been repainting the left upper fairing with a rattle can (albeit a Sh**ty job) until I could come up with an idea for a scheme.
    My Grandmother died a several years back after an uphill battle with breast cancer. She just couldnt recover after the Kemo(sp?). My wife's aunt is currently in remission after losing both of her twins to the cancer. My mom has had several scares with lumps for many years, so I thought it only fitting to use Breast cancer awareness scheme. The parts that are still white are only that way because I have so many ideas that coming up with which one I want to use is a pain. The tank, I have an idea for, but I just need to have a lot of time to draw it out. I am not that artsy. The left side, above the ribbon, will have the words "Hope", "Courage", and "Strength" in some form of script. The tail section I am thinking about a "Save the TA TAs" type inscription on one side and a dedication on the other.

            I like the green..
            It's actually black and pink. Scanners don't really work all that well on colors.

            Well I am glad to know that others like the idea (I actually thought about sponsorship from the organization). I just need to finish getting thoughts on paper and get the cash to fund the actual job. Its a little more in depth than I am able to do (although I have drawn it so far, I don't know how to work an airbrush).

                seriously, i think thats a really good idea. it will atract a lot of attention and will show that you care. good job
                Ride like there's no tomorrow!!! You never know when your going to run out of "tomorrows"!!!

                  I think it sounds like a brilliant idea. It sounds like it will be very powerful with "Hope," "Courage," and "Strength" written on it. A dedication will be a good way to remember your loved ones as well. But I don't think that "Save the Ta Tas" fits with the rest of it. I feel like it is too undermining for the rest of the concept and just doesn't fit.

                    Yea I thought the same thing once it started coming together. I'm pretty sure I am going to scratch that Idea and think of something else.
