Gotcha, thanks. Are there any oem sport bike shocks that will work as a replacement for a post-kat?

The B12 shock will work fine, The post 750 kat will work as well. Most of the newer SS bikes have a piggy back reservoir and that is where the problem lies. I built one that was named Franken shock with parts from a 07 GSXR and a body from a 91 GSXR shock and a custom remote reservoir with hi & lo compression.

Don't know what you weigh but you may require some spring changes.

Thanks for the info. I see the problem with the reservoir. I'm not looking to upgrade now but I've been reading these R6 upgrade threads for the pre's and just wanted to know what the options for the future are for my post
