Too much oil

I realized today I have a little too much oil in my ride, can anything bad result from this?

Depends if its oil, or oil/fuel mix.

Is it actually too high? Check oil level on centre stand on level surface after bike has been switched off 30 seconds or so.

It's oil, and it's too high. What happened was after I laid the bike down i had a friend look at it, and he noticed it seemed too low, so we topped it off, and I guess we topped it off a little too high.

Depending how over-full it is - you may have some luck draining some out the fill plug with very thin flexible tubing and a syringe.

Or you can do an oil change and fill it properly

oil change is probably whats going to happen since there is other things I am working on too. Like possibly a jacked oil pressure sensor. cracked signal generator cover........ so yeah oil change is probably on the list
