  • ?? front sprocket!

Ok guys and girls I'm at a lost, bad internet conection so I'm on my phone. The post engine I had was a 13T and there are plates with orings on each side. The pre engine that's in the bike had a 15T with preformed rubber on each side. Now that I have Jims sprockets in front of me there is no rubber on them, and the 13T plates and rubber deals are too small. Can't use the 15t as there one with the gear. Do I need them rubber (rings) on each side of the gear's? If so what do I do now?

the rubber is a dampener to reduce chain noise, vibration and wear.
      its not needed.
