  • Hitting the undertail

As a short legged guy I was hoping to lower my 2005 Katana 750 but as it turns out I have another problem, it seems that on bad roads the rear tire is hitting the under tail. Looks like it has rubber about four times, I have looked and I'm not able to figure out how to stiff'n the rear shock? Manual is useless, I only need a slight adjustment.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Thanks

Apparently it's not as easy as you'd think: Adjusting Kat 750 Rear

Going forward, there may be a retrofit shock with preload & rebound adjustment you can put on...thinking from an R6 or something. You'd have to research it.

The shock is adjustable your tool kit should have a spanner wrench for that. http://katriders.com/wiki/index.php?...AD_ADJUSTMENT:
