Where's my project bike...anyone??

Other than searching the net for various useless listings, craigslist, and e-bay...does anyone know of companies or other good, reliable ways to find a solid bike w/ a blown motor. (FULL rolling chassis)

I'm sick of looking, been browsing for one for about 3 months now...

Big four-gix, yami, kawi zx, rr...

Look up supergrizz on suzukihayabusa.org. He has a 400+ gix1k he built. If you pay enough you could get his. The couple he owns are the only ones I know of. He milled everything himself. He got the cover article in the new superstreetbike mag.

there was a 98-02 kat floating around ebay for a while with a blown engine. They wanted too much though, like 1400 I think.
Just stay patient, you'll find something, it's harder to find blown up bikes than it is to find beat up bikes though. You may want to open up the option of picking up a bike with no bodywork and going that route.
