May want to run some Techron through the carbs. That low of miles on that old of a bike means it prolly sat for a while, meaning there is prolly some varnish in the carbs. It would be even better if you could tear them down and give them a full cleaning.
Of course a valve adjustment. Oil change, and I would prolly do one after I put 500 miles on it to make sure I am getting any contamninated or moisture outa it.
Also check the tires and chain. Make sure the tires aren't dry rotted, the chain is good and not rusted and bad seals. Break lines most likely need to be replaced, along with fuel lines and vaccum lines.
