whats the difference between an o-ring chain and a sealed chain? and which is better? im looking at RK chains and i cant deicede which one i need i need to order, i know i need a 530 chain i just dont know if i should go with a sealed or an o-ring?

Generally:

X-ring beats O-ring.
W-ring beats X-ring.
WX-ring beats X-ring and W-ring.
Z-ring falls somewhere between X-ring and W-ring.

All of these letters simple vaguely describe the shape of the oil-ring seals; the advanced shapes tend to flex more without giving out, so they tend to last longer as long as they are cleaned appropriately.
