I know it's a love and hate thing with original Katanas but man, it's such a nicely designed motorcycle as far as i'm concerned.

Nice.
I don't believe mine has reflectors on the fairing, but it doesn't look like they're missing either?

I've had many sportbikes but always dreamed of building a Katana with my concept in mind. Could have bought a clone, but it wouldn't be the real deal.
I'm aiming to have this bike worth MORE than a stocker when I'm done

Well I got some parts back from my plating/chroming/powder coating guy.
Chromed upper tree, powder coated calipers satin black and polished the wheels.
I rebuilt the calipers completely with new seals, bleeder and cap and crossover seals also has caliper bolts coated

Also assembled the wheels completely today. Was waiting on the titanium disc bolts Made room for my original parts storage. Next strip to frame and install the Bandit motor after some engine prepping and frame cleaning.

Tires are BattleAxe RS10's 180/17 & 120/17 trackday pulloffs since I'm running slicks on my K7 1000 now. They only have 2 trackdays on them and good tread. Plus saves me having to buy new tires.

I'll post pics of the motor swap as well as it comes together.
