....... what should she be making power output
at the crank and at the wheel as stock

and how much do you think those figures would change running a 4 into 1 exhaust and replacing the airbox with foam individual filters cranckcase breather and cam to cam links?

          70-80 is a lot.

          Maybe 75 in a stage 2 setup?

pod filters don't benefit katana intake

            4:1 maybe a few hp - like 3

            stock - about 70
            yours - about 73

It all depends on the pipe you use, jetting, etc. For any substantial gains on this bike, you need:
            1. More displacement
            2. Cam changes - increase duration
            3. Carbs - to compensate for prior 2 changes

Every bolt on in the world will get you less than 10hp on these bikes. You may improve the quality of the power you make, but you are going to have a difficult time getting more than about 85 rwhp out of that bike.

its running flatside carbs from a gsxr750 too...

im not really after increasing hp... just after a rough power output that i should expect to be hitting when i get her on the dyno

i think it will require a stage 3 jetting to compensate for the straight thru pipe and filters?

I suspect those numbers are "from the crank" numbers, not "from the wheel"
