I should point out there is a safety/reliability reason for changing to the bandit adjuster:
The bandit end block fits into the swing arm. While the Kat one mostly rests on the end. The Kat one can slip to one side failing to keep the wheel in place and damaging the swing arm.
(There are pictures of just such a disaster here somewhere)

Reason: Automerged Doublepost
I ground off the threaded stud (the "head" then falls out) leaving the hole.
I then tapped a bar of aluminum that is about the same width of the "box" on the axle yoke. I then just threaded a regular long screw in there. I actually did that before switching to bandit blocks. So all I did was buy the block from Bike Bandit. I think I posted a sketch at one point.
What??? ok so i cant just buy bandit adjusters? i must mod the kat ones with the bandit ones? i cant just buy the end block?....i think im lost?
Please, Just go home, relax, and have a think or two... hell... have as many as you can handle! It'll do all of us some good.

If you buy the entire bandit assembly (like people have posted 4 or 5 times in this thread) you swap it out for the Kat one. Arse mentioned a different mod.. So I merely described how I had done mine that way..
(Bandit 600 adjuster were not to be found on eBay at the time...)
I have had the katana ones pull into the swingarm, found I had to over torque the axle to avoid that from happening.
