So i layed it over a little while ago and bent my right side handlebar in, its enough to hit the gas tank when im trying to turn right. Any good ideas on how to bend it back?

I had the right one bent when i bought my bike. i looked for used ones here with no luck.
I will tell you how i fixed mine, and it was bent pretty bad right where it came out of the clamp.
Granted, I work metal all the time, and made a living at it.
Take the bar off, the outer end should already be plugged for you with a nice big steel slug. you need to find a way to plug the other end solidly. before you do, fill the thing as full as you can get with BB's.
after they are in there and the end is plugged. find a nice steel bench, and roll the bar on it. using a medium size ball peen hammer start tapping it. roll, tap, roll, tap, repeat, etc. about a n hour or two and mine is straight enough you cant tell it was ever bent. no heat, and no whoopin the fire out of it, just light to medium taps. at most you will leave small impressions in it from the hammer. this is an age old method of straightening things. I am sure a google search can give you a better idea of how to do it. I am not good at explaining things. oh, and I left the bbs in mine, both sides. seems to help with the vibes.

Nope, they just clamp on. I thought the diameter might be different because of the throttle but I would have to mic it when I get home to see.Must read for carb tuners......http://www.factorypro.com/tech/tech_...m_engines.html

Ahhhh...... mine must have been ground off then because they will rotate freely when loosened. That complete set of bars and clamp look to be straight.Must read for carb tuners......http://www.factorypro.com/tech/tech_...m_engines.html
