What spring rate do I need?

03 750 replacing front fork springs with racetech springs. I can not afford the emulators. What spring rate should I get? I am 6ft and weigh 220#. OK, a little more but I am dieting.

Check the racetech site, they have a calculator. But I'd guess 1.0kg

As am I. Tmod (our resident suspension expert) recommend the 1.0 kg for me as well

Thanks. Racetech recommended closest to .988. They sell .95 and 1.0. I was about to go with 9.5 but will do the 1.0. I don't think I am getting any slimmer anytime soon.
