Paint ideas, any comments?

My Katana is currently burgundy with a black belly pan like the tiny picture in my image. I bought a 03+ tail end which is currently black, and a cowl, which is unpainted. I'm currently trying to decide how to paint it all before I mount it on the bike. Here are a couple of my thoughts so far (excuse my horrible mspaint painting, I'm at work).
I know this still shows the 98-02 tail, but I can't find the 03+ template.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I was/am leaning towards option 2. It also makes me paint the least. I can leave the fairing and the grab handle their current colors and just paint the cowl.

None of the links for the 03+ from that thread work currently. If anyone has those templates I would be happy to host them.

But then I would also paint the
front fender and grab rail black
as well.

+1, grab bar needs to go black, i like #2, but #1 looks like a factory style scheme, think blue/white 06 models.....

I like #2 also. I think the grab bar would look fine in either color.
