sounds like you'll be able to re-design the subframe quite nicely with the solidworks.. its a handy program, ive run it a few times to do some cnc machine codes.

with my own subframe mod, it may look very simple, and it is really, but i strapped the front down one time, and had my old man, who is 130kg, a mate that was 120kg and 2 40kg bags of cement on the back subframe, so a total of 330kg pushing down on it erraticly, did not do a single thing to it, im sure my 85kg frame and my missus 61kg frame wont do squat to it lol!

i personlly dont stuff around with my suspension, i have the bike booked in for april to have it all redone with a suspension specialist, who also will also come to my next track day to dial in my suspension to a tee

any local mechanic should have a press they can push the stem out with, cost ya no more then a couple bux, you'll actually be unlucky if you get charged lol.

my carbies that were on there, have a full dynojet stg 3 kit thru them, with 140 mains!! bloody awful thing, i have another complete set of carbs about to go on (just modifying them for boost) with standard jetting.

    cheers.joe.
