I'll be forever in debt to that site for the help I've gotten from their "Stator Papers". I think if I had to have a hack shop fix my 1983 GS550 and charge more than the bike was worth I wouldn't have continued to ride. Heck I blame them for my recent purchase of the Katana! Plus I really like the air-cooled Suzuki motors...

be forwarned. Anything other than a vintage Kat, is not a Kat, as far as thgsresources goes. Other than that, learned a few things on that site myself.

The GS resources is literally as old as the internet.. Seriously I think they must have been one of the first non commercial motorcycle web sites. I've got a lot of information of their site over the years..

              Dakota Kat! Nice!!

Been on there a bunch over the past few years when I was getting the 1100 running. Bought lots of parts from members there too.

Unfortunatly they use to (still do?) remove inactive users after about 8 months.... I know for a fact I've signed up there on more than one occasion.
