    Thats a basic move that you really wanna practice as often as you can. It teaches you great throttle control, clutch and balance. All the things you need to be confident when needing to ride slow out in public. Find yourself a vacant parking lot like at a highschool on a sunday afternoon for example...bring a piece of sidewalk chalk and draw yourself a pattern to practice on. Ride a figure 8 a few times and see how comfortable you in the design and then draw it out if you have too and follow it. Using the chalk to draw it out isnt necessary but if it helps you to stay in a certain pattern then by all means. 8)
