What is the correct fork oil to use on a 93 Katana 1100 and how much per fork leg?

My Haynes manual calls for 13.7 US ounces, 406 CC per side of SAE 10 fork oil.

Michelin Pilot Road 2's, 120/70, 150/70,
Race Tech 1.0kg springs with 25mm preload,
R6 rear shock w/14.3kg Eibach spring,

3BBB turn signal mirrors,
Black painted seat and rear trim,

I finally got my Katana registered in Calif and back on the road.
