Parts from Japan?

Hello. I have an '83 Kat with the black engine that I am restoring. Don't know if it is true, but I heard that these bikes were sold in Japan for longer than 1983. There should be parts more readily available there. Anybody know if this is true? I'm looking for a speedo cluster, windshield and fairing wings (?) and I suspect all these parts are also the same on 750's. Thanks.
