I miss stated it's a horizontal shaft, I would guess the motor would be for a riding type mower?

unless its an old rider, most of them are still vertical shaft
snowblowers are usually horizontal just need to get rid of the winter tin covering

yea an riding mowers have usually around 15-20 hp roughly. I have a small 2 stroke snowblower engine I got for free an intended on putting it on my daughters power wheel Toyota FJ (actually a no namer brand). Its belt driven so I figured that's a plus for ease of design an I could play with pulley size for speed/ease of take off. My only concern is it will work without burning up belts left an right. The tensioner spring is really weak for the auger or whatever but a stronger spring should help it bite. Its 42cc I think so it might be enough for me to ride it lol once I get a new welder ill find out haha
