    Ok i just got a 92 kat 600 that has been setting forever got it up and running after 2 years of unloved. the guy i got it from has a 94 kat 750 that will start without cluch pulled in. how is this possible and can i get mine to do it too?

    Connect the 2 wires going to the clutch.

        I just shoved a bent wire (from a connector) into the back of the connector to the switch then taped over it. Works a treat, looks original and can be undone in seconds.

          No. Don't.

          There's a reason people disconnect that stupid thing. Suzuki clutch safety switches go bad way too often and then your bike won't start at all. Leave it disconnected and bypassed under the tank. Just make a habit of pulling the clutch lever every time you start the bike, even when you "know" it's in neutral.
