Hey all,
The weather was really unusually warm a few days ago and I decided to take a quick spin on my 2002 katana 600. Unfortunately, I was in such a rush that I hooked up the battery charger in reverse polarity, had it set to 50amps (because thats the only way I can get it to start after its been sitting). Unhooked the charger and now my lights will not even turn on, nothing will.
I seriously messed something up, but what? Checked the fuses, none are blown.
Off the top of my head, I am thinking it could be the voltage regulator, but not even sure where that is. I don't have a manual. I am handy with cars, done a few swaps, can do a clutch job etc, but new to bikes.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
