    How hard are these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=35598
to install? How many wires go to your signals? Anybody know? Gracious!

    Dual filament
    so probably 3 wires

    1 always on
    1 signal light
    1 ground

as for installation, probably just drill a hole (or two) into your fairing and stick them in.

I don't need them to always be on b/c they are turn signal right? Don't I just need a single filament?

sure, you only NEED a single filament

the alwasy on light is usually dimmer than the signal light. Since its already there, why not have them on for increase visability?

If you still dont want it, just dont connect one of the wires and it'll act like a single filament. No point in replacing the light bulb and socket just to get rid of one of the filaments.
