Please explain why a colorite paint wouldn't cure and started to seperate? That was the experience mreed had! It wasn't just the paint, it was all the way down into the primer coat.

Hard to say without knowing specifics , other materials, application.
A good sealer doesnt hurt.We normaly use PPG DP epoxy mixed as sealer toned for whatever topcoat .One thing w/ color-rite: Dont pump it on heavy and fast- asking for trouble espeicaly if recoating and already cleared.Dont mean to seem like know it all but have managed to pack enough paint info in this pea brain of mine to make a decent living at it.

I'm a shade tree painter and having not shot anything in 15 or 20 yrs I recently painted my bike with Dupont Nason BC/CC. I must say that it was easy to work with a fairly forgiving for a newbie.
