  • 99 Kat- Front wheel out of round, axle or wheel bearings?

Hey everyone, my front wheel on my 1999 Katana 750 seems to be out of round. I bought the bike back in February and it needed new tires so I installed 2 brand new tires. After the tires were installed and I was able to ride it I noticed an "up and down" movement/vibration from the front end (at any speed). I jacked the bike up so the front tire was off the ground and put a jack stand so it was touching the front of the tire and when I spun the wheel the tire would move away from the jackstand then back to it. You can also visibly see the wheel moving in and out (or up and down if you're looking at the top of the wheel). Its not the tire because the wheel has movement too. I looked at the front axle and put it on a flat surface and it doesn't seem to be bent that I can tell by eye. Can it still be the axle or would you say out of round wheel? How about bad wheel bearings even though there is no play or gritiness from them? Any help would be appreciated!!!
