            Crazy,

I was in Vegas last summer standing at a bus stop at like 1:30 am and a Yukon fell off the back of tow truck smashed into a concrete block on the side then continued down the road hit the curb right in front of me and my wife along with about 40 other people the truck jumped about a foot off the ground then followed the curb down the strip for about another 150 yards... near miss. it is insane how common that is.

Insurance purposes. "My car didn't look like that when it left my house." Driver: "Yes it did. It's your word against mine."

Now: Owner: "My car didn't look like that when it left my house."
Driver's boss: "You're right and we fired the SOB that doesn't know how to tow a vehicle."

It makes me wonder though, was the steering hosed? Unless it WAS a repo and they had no keys, the front wheels should have free-wheeled. And if it was a repo, they would have been a LOT smarter bring a flat-bed.

Looks like he had to knab it out of parking spot and somehow left the rig locked at the angle that he plucked it from.

If it's a repo, a flatbed is the last thing you want, takes way too long to get a vehicle on a flatbed. You need to be in and out before the owner sees you. As far as why it's crooked... he probably should have gotten a safe distance away and re-forked it.

What kind of a moron would tow a vehicle like that? -I would guess a repo guy.

I knew a repo man that said that he would sneak onto property and make a quick hookup, then go a few blocks ways, where he could stop and make a better hookup. That may also explain the camera...

Still, I don;t think you'd be in the repo biz very log if you did that too often...
