  • 99 fender eliminator

Ive searched and searched and the only fender eliminating ive found on KR was on the 03+ or pre 98....

Im going to be ordering this...

    and these

Now... how will this fit on my 99

does anyone have any pix or tutorials for this body style?

Im not looking to get real involved in this... chop, and bolt on... i dont need any neon lights or clear covers like some threads ive seen. Im really just lookin to see if this is what i want visually. Also will these lights fit when its bolted up?

one last thing... the total price for these two on ebay is like 37 shipped, anyone found any better lights/brackets or cheaper ones. Im just lookin for the best buy at this point...

    Thanks!

I can't see the first picture, but the tail chop is fairly universal.

I think it will fit your 99...because 98 is when things changed drastically...

Just use a piece of bent slotted steel.

If you're hosting it on photobucket or something, then no. I can't see anything from those sites at work.

To make a bracket for mine (before I bought the creese and even afterwards) I used a piece of steel with the holes redrilled. Wish I knew what type it was exactly. It fit between the mounting holes of the tail and when I get the creese, it held that in place as well because the creese was too short.

Are you suuuuuure that you have to spend $37 to pull that off? Some KR people have done some really creative brackets via Home Depot, for way less than $30. I recall one in particular that was nothing more than two "L" brackets.

BTW, I think they may have been correct. It does appear that BLACK is indeed the FASTEST color. R.O.R...R.I.P.M

Cost me nothing, found an l bracket laying around the house... used the dremel, painted the bracket, and put it on.
