loosing rmps at speed

Hi
I have a 98 Post 750 Kat and when traveling at a consistent speed of 60mps+ the engine will loose 300rpms every 5-10sec and it very annoying.

the bike starts and ides perfectly. Ive replaces the spark plugs and its still doing it.

any ideas?

When did the carbs last get a good clean, seems to be the number one thing to point the finger at with Kats!?

Issues with the jet needles and needle jets / emulsion section can cause fuel to load up in the mid range of the RPMs that the needles run for.

Aftermarket high flow air filters can cause air flow issues for the CV carbs and cause issues.
