HID installed and license plate/turn signals relocation

got bitten by the mod-bug

installed DDM 6000K 55W HID







and instead of chopping the shovel, I did some relocation to clean things up







now I'm just waiting for my M4 carbon slip-on to arrive this Thursday

why are the rear sigs pointing UP?

the angle of the mudguard is a little slanted upward.... FML

but looks much cleaner now

and I personally actually prefer to have a mudguard.... last year's SoCal group ride I was following someone without one and I was eating rocks and dirt all the way up Angeles Crest Highway...

the HID's great! I feel much safer riding at night now and because of the shield-shape headlight, the cut-off line is perfect so I won't be blinding anybody on the road

did you need to adjust anything on your motor so it wont run lean or does it matter?

thanks, I got them through Indy Super Bikes but them ship out directly from M4. one week exact shipping time.

did you need to adjust anything on your motor so it wont run lean or does it matter?

it's a slip on and my bike is EFI, so no adjust needed. with a power commender I might squeeze out an extra 2-3 hp, IMO not worth the trouble.

Hmmmm......they say they also have a titanium one (+$80). Haven't found a picture of that one yet.

I think for the blue/white, the carbon black might not be the best color choice.

Any DB attenuators available for any of the M4's?

with blue/white, Ti actually looks the best! for black bikes and red bikes, c/f works

no dB killer available... M4 is notoriously known (their full race system) for being loud and some dB sensitive tracks don't welcome M4 pipes honestly though, I had my friend ride around the parking lot and it's not THAT loud.... I'm gonna check with my friend who works for Yoshi to see if their dB killer fits (he hates me right now for buying a M4 without checking with him...)

Are the HID's 650 specific or do they make other kits? And where's ya get them?
