I took of the rear caliper to replace my brake pads, i followed the instructions at the Haynes service manual for a 2004 600 KAT, but when i tried to push the pistons backwards in to the bore of the caliper nothing happenned they were stuck no movement, after i pushed agaisnt the pistons whit the old pads only one of them moved the other one is stucked, should i pull it instead of pushing it, do i have tiço rebuild the caliper. Any info is welcome.

Did you use a c-clamp to force it back in? If not you might not have enough leverage. On cars if I encountered a stuck one or stubborn I would open the bleeder but that becomes a pain in the a**Must read for carb tuners......http://www.factorypro.com/tech/tech_...m_engines.html

wow on a 2004? Is it possible that u squeezed the lever with the pads out and the piston jumped out of the sleeve and is cockeyed?Must read for carb tuners......http://www.factorypro.com/tech/tech_...m_engines.html
