WD-40 and a Dremel brass brush. Just keep it away from the joints between the side plates and rollers. When you're near them keep the brush going at an angle so the bristles don't get in there.

well i was thinking of that, but someone told me if i use the steel (brass) brush ill get off the rust and whats left of rust layer protection on chain, so basicaly it would rust back in a day- according to the person that told me that.

inner part of chain is ok, and by riding it will simply scrub off the rust, its oiled regularly.
only the estetics are problem, so outer ring plates needs derusting.
are you sure i can do it with that brush? rust wont come back? maybe stupid question...

They look good. lay towels down on the floor and have two intelligent friends lower your bike onto its side while you look for body contact. smack em and tell them not to drop it before youstart.

sliders got crash tested. i got hit 2 times, once some lady hit me while going reverce and pushed me off motocycle while pushing bike 2meters on parking-damage = right side slider

2nd was hit n run, friday night 2am while turning guy hit me in rear wheel, full throtle run away. i strugled with bike, had a slow motion tank slapper, eventially i fell off, rolled the street, bike slided approx 5-8 meters, damage = left side slider.

never found the guy, if i did id go to jail..

i have only right side slider pic, ill make left side too and post it, its allmost same damage to it as right side...

so now i know my invention works
