I want to make sure my bike is worth repairing. Sat for two years. I tried to hand crank the engine and the back wheel would only spin a little. But when I put a socket on the crank it turned easily. Was I turning the right bolt and why was the wheel so hard to turn. Is the engine seized ? I took plugs out beforehand. Bike was in 2nd gear.

No. As far as why the wheel was so hard to turn, there's about 1,000 reasons, pick one.

+1. The wheel turns, it's not seized. I doubt you have the strength to turn the back wheel easily threw the motor.
